Girls On The Drum

Girls On The Drum

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Girls on the Drum is an educational percussion program for girls from 5th through 8th grade.  GOTDrums focuses on instrument fundamentals, percussion techniques, dynamics, tempo, music reading, and performance concepts.  Alongside these musical concepts, our girls work on team building, confidence building, and skill building through lively tunes, a variety of fun percussion instruments. All skill and experience levels are welcome, as we level instruction to meet the needs of our drummers. Our instructional staff is comprised of female percussionists that are licensed educators, licensed band directors, drumline instructors, music education majors, and members from various Strikers educational and performance programs.
